Request for letter to school regarding sickness during exams

We have been advised by the BMA that exam boards do not require a letter from a child's GP, following sickness during exams. In the event that a school requests such a letter then we will send them the reply attached, detailing why it should not be necessary. If you still require a letter to the school to detail sickness absence during your child's examinations then there will be a charge of £70, as this is outside the remit of NHS work.
